Italia Conti does not have its own student halls of residence in Woking, and students are responsible for finding their own accommodation. There are a multitude of accommodation options available in Woking and the surrounding areas.
Italia Conti helps to facilitate a Student Support Network for freshers, where Student Reps share their knowledge about accommodation and starting life at Conti.
Guilden Village is student accommodation based in Guildford (not exclusively for Italia Contia students) providing a whole range of excellent amenities, stylish rooms, and all bills included.
The accommodation offers a mixture of studios and apartments located in Guildford’s Stoke Park.
Italia Conti students are issued with a free bus pass that provides free travel for a year across a wide area of Surrey, West Sussex, and Hampshire, with a regular bus service from Guilden Village to Woking.
Bus 34 runs from Guilden Village to Woking.
There is also ample student-friendly accommodation in Guildford, the majority of which is within walking distance of Guildford station. It is only an 8-minute train journey to Woking. One of the more popular options, particularly for first-year students is the accommodation offered in Guilden Village.
Scape, Bankside, and The Bridge are also purpose-built student accommodation blocks in Guildford with lots of communal features. There are also many student houses available, and various flats located within proximity to the train and bus station as well as to the town center itself.
In Woking, there are plenty of purpose-built flats around the town center, where some offer an onsite gym, concierge service, and allocated parking. There are also many three- and four-bedroom houses available for students. Popular apartment blocks for students with studios or one/two-bedrooms include The Centrium, Cardinal Place, New Central, and The Marches. Woking has a variety of letting agents who are happy to assist students in their property search.
