Congratulations to former 3 Year Performing Arts Diploma Course Student BEN FORSTER who won Superstar - he will be playing the role of Jesus in the upcoming Arena Tour of 'Jesus Christ Superstar'.

One of the country’s exciting actors and a true ‘Conti boy’ DANIEL MAYS the star of Public Enemies, Ashes to Ashes, Made in England will soon be seen on our TV screens again this time playing the role of Ronnie Biggs in the ITV drama ‘Mrs Biggs.’ Definitely one to watch!

Our own multi-talented JULIANNE HOUGH and RUSSELL BRAND are both starring in the film ‘ROCK OF AGES’ alongside Diego Boneta and Tom Cruise. Whilst Brother DEREK HOUGH star of USA DWTS has been co-hosting ENEWS! And MARK BALLAS also of DWTS fame made a surprise visit home to support his recent show dance partner Katherine Jenkins as she sang for HM The Queen during the recent Jubilee celebrations.

PIXIE LOTT who headlined at the Bristol Jubilee concert raised over £10,000 for ‘a life for a cure’ in aid of Bristol teenager Ryan Bresnahans Meningitis Appeal. Pixie is a true giver – she has raised funds for and also supports the Italia Conti Academy Trust.

B.A. Acting Graduate JOEY ELLIS will be taking the helm in a new musical to be performed at The Old Vic tunnels. So popular was the new production of ‘EPIDEMIC’ that tickets sold out within a week of going on sale.

2010 Acting graduate EVELYN ADAMS has proved she is more than just a pretty face. Starring in the transferred show ‘COUNT OEDERLAND’ at the Arcola Theatre. Evelyn won the public’s Best Female Performance playing Hilde/Inge/Coco in the ‘OFF WEST END THEATRE AWARDS 2012’.

STEPHEN ROLLEY, one of this year’s graduating performing arts students, who recently completed the co-lead in ‘HAIR’, with former student GEORGE MAGUIRE, will be teaming up with him again in the stage production of ‘20th CENTURY BOY’ in which he again plays a leading role.
 
Not to be outdone – some of our ‘younger’ artists are already building impressive c.v’s. CATHERINE HOLDEN, TILLY RADFORD & JUDE WILLOUGHBY can be seen in ‘BILLY ELLIOTT’ (Victoria Palace), JORDAN ANDERTON in the smash hit ‘MATILDA’ & ED MUNRO is currently at the Cambridge Theatre in ‘SINGIN IN THE RAIN’.

JUDE WILLOUGHBY (currently appearing in BILLY ELLIOT) will also play the role of the Bully in the up and coming new TV series ‘MR SELFRIDGE.

KEDAR STIRLING-WILLIAMS will soon be seen playing a principle role in the new BBC series ‘WOLF BLOOD’.
