Lauren Clinton

Co-Manager

Lauren began dancing at the age of eight, training at a small dance school in Ireland, with hopes that someday she will make it as a professional dancer. At 15, she was awarded a scholarship to a performing arts school in Liverpool. She then moved to England to board and pursue her dream of a career in performing.

During this exciting period, Lauren performed on stage and took part in prestigious competitions and television shows, including the Dance World Cup in Barcelona, Britain’s Got Talent, The Greatest Dancer, and The X Factor. One of her most cherished memories from this time was performing at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre for a national competition her school was taking part in, Lauren was the lead and felt this was a great honor and place to represent her company.

At 18, Lauren was offered a place at London Studio Centre, where she trained as a jazz dancer while also specialising in singing. During her time in London, she embraced every opportunity to perform, regularly taking part in open mic nights, writing music, and producing her own songs. Her passion for music and singing continued to grow throughout her training.

Alongside her studies, Lauren taught ballet and commercial dance at a school in East Dulwich, where she contributed to showcases and weekly technique classes. This was a particularly rewarding and fulfilling experience.

Lauren is passionate about making the most of every day and feels incredibly grateful to work in an environment that nurtures students’ performing talents. Each day brings new and exciting opportunities at Italia Conti, and Lauren is proud to be part of such a vibrant and inspiring community.
