Italia Conti is built on a philosophy of creating versatile actors who are prepared to work across all mediums – stage, screen, audio – and across a variety of performance styles and approaches. Our actor-training takes a holistic approach, equipping students with the skills they need to create and develop characters, and deeply explore texts and meaning, whilst maintaining true to what makes them unique.

Our highly skilled tutors, many of whom worked professionally within the industry and continue to maintain links, guide students through intensive acting and skills-based training, which includes actors’ movement, voice, and acting through song. Students work in safe spaces where through curiosity, dedication, and perseverance they can explore brave and bold artistic choices, deepen their understanding, and strengthen their skills – preparing them for life in the performing arts industry.
