We offer two Hons acting courses, as well as several MA acting courses.

BA Hons Acting
This course is 3 years of comprehensive training for those who want to work on stage or screen.
We focus on technique, character development and natural performance. The course is ideal for those who want to build a strong foundation in acting, preparing them to perform in a range of roles and genres.
We train students in a blend of classical acting and modern acting techniques, ensuring they graduate as versatile performers with a variety of tools in their kit.
BA (Hons) Acting (Musical Theatre)
This course is for students who want all the benefits of our acting course, as well as additional singing and dancing training.
Our BA (Hons) Acting (Musical Theatre) course is created to offer well-rounded training, ensuring students graduate as triple-threat performers.
This unique course is co-taught by our fantastic BA (Hons) Acting and BA (Hons) Musical Theatre specialist teams; an exciting combination that is not found in other drama schools.
MA Creative Arts Education
Hone your BA skills further with an MA in Creative Arts Practice. This course pushes graduates that little bit further, sharpening performers’ reflection, research skills, industry engagement and professional development.

Acting Courses University, Validation
All of our courses, BA and MA, are validated by the University of Chichester. You can also benefit from full government funding, via Student Finance, if you are eligible.

FAQ'S
Are your acting courses university degrees?
Yes, our BA courses are full-time university degrees, they last 3 years and run from September, like university courses. Upon completion, you will have a BA (Hons) degree.
What experience do I need to apply?
As with university courses, students need certain prerequisites to apply. This includes UCAS points, performance experience, as well as a love of the performing arts. You can find out more about specific requirements on each of our course pages.
What support do you offer after graduation?
Post-graduation support is one of the things we pride ourselves on. Our vision and our aim at Italia Conti is to develop artists who not only excel as performers but also will be active contributors to the arts industry as a whole. We are always here to support our AlumnX, and to stimulate their careers and futures.
